| This boat is made
for luxurious cruising with a full-size master stateroom mid-ship and a
spacious guest stateroom forward. The salon is equally spacious and
comfortable with cherry wood finish throughout, a crescent-shaped
convertible dinette/sofa, LCD TV, DVD and a CD stereo. The master stateroom
features full-standing headroom, an island berth, great storage, and a
private master head and separate stall shower. Forward guest stateroom has
an innovative slide-out berth system, and the forward head compartment has
good storage and access from either the salon or the guest stateroom. The
galley is complete and designed for entertaining with good storage and
counter workspace. The galley includes hot/cold pressure water, dockside
pressure, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven, and a
2-burner electric stove. This boat is beautiful and luxurious and completely
equipped including a transom door, swim platform, freshwater wash, bottom
paint, boarding ladder, bow and side railing, bow pulpit, spring cleats,
anchor, rode, and an anchor windlass all found outside. Mechanically there
is a fire protection system, mufflers, filters, fuel gauge, engine manual,
bilge pumps and electronic engine controls. There is also a Glendenning
power cord bow thruster, an Onan 9.0kw generator w/soundshield, 110v/50 amp
shore power, bilge blower, batteries, battery charger, battery parallel,
windshield wipers, (2) air/heat units - 16,000/10,000 BTU, drapes, screens
and vacu-flush toilets. Canvas features hardtop, enclosures, aft curtain and
side curtains. The other extras on this boat are a Sea Key safety/security
system and engine warranty (both motors) and a hull & deck warranty.
